culinary workshop: onigiri

onigiri workshop

an interactive onigiri workshop exploring classic and experimental rice bases, fillings, and combinations. Participants will learn rice preparation, shaping techniques, decorating and finishing methods.

All materials and tools will be provided.

Each participant will leave with a box of onigiri they made during the session and a small reference guide from the workshop.
