salad structure workshop
 
A hands-on session on building salads: selecting leaves, adding crunch, pairing fruit, toppings and finishing with dressings. We’ll compose, taste, and refine, giving you a framework for fresh, balanced salad bowls you can recreate at home.

all materials and tools will be provided
each participant will leave with their finished product along with a small booklet of basic dressing recipes.
