between the summer tides

every season carries its own pace, its own rhythms, and its own way of inviting us to gather. between the summer tides translates these familiar sensations into a dining experience where the atmosphere and the menu move together as one.

through a six-course pescatarian shared menu for two, the experience explores bright, refreshing flavours that evoke the sea, the coast, and the rhythms of summer. The table itself becomes part of the experience, with an installation inspired by pixelated waves and billowing sailing fabrics.

Each ticket is for two guests and includes the complete shared dining experience.
